​Angela Word is a passionate and results-driven educator who prides herself on helping others find their potential. Her professional career began as an Emmy-nominated television news producer in Texas and grew into sales and finance. In her early 30s, she pursued her passion for mentoring by obtaining her teacher certification. She has spoken at national conventions on the importance of Social-Emotional Learning and building student Agency. She was a Top 5 Teacher of the Year finalist for Texas' Region 19.
